Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Momentum IQ. If you're not happy, we're here to help. Read below to understand our refund terms.

Overview

Momentum IQ offers a 7-day refund window for first-time paid subscriptions (Pro and Quant plans). If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.

After the 7-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel to stop future charges.

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • It is your first paid subscription on Momentum IQ
  • Your refund request is made within 7 days of the initial payment date
  • You have not previously received a refund from Momentum IQ

Refunds are not available for:

  • Renewal payments (monthly or annual renewals)
  • Partial periods — we do not pro-rate cancellations mid-cycle
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Add-ons or one-time purchases (if introduced in future)

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email billing@momentumiq.in with subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address and the payment date
  3. We will process your request within 3–5 business days
  4. Refunds are credited to the original payment method via Razorpay
  5. Bank processing may take an additional 5–7 days depending on your bank
Alternatively, you can raise a refund request directly from your Profile page → Plans section → Cancel & Refund.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. You continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current period.

Annual plans: If you cancel an annual plan within the 7-day refund window, you receive a full refund. After that, you retain access until the annual period ends — no pro-rated refunds are issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Dissatisfaction due to market data limitations that were disclosed at signup
  • Backtests that did not produce the results you hoped for — results depend on strategy, not platform performance
  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal — we recommend setting a calendar reminder
  • Account suspended for Terms of Service violation
If you believe your account was charged in error, contact us immediately. We investigate all billing disputes promptly.
